Al barilotto is a beautiful family run hotel. Myself and husband spent 4 nights here. Giovanni and family made our stay wonderful, from the warm welcome on arrival after a late flight to the beautiful breakfast it was amazing. The roof terrace views are breath-taking. Positano is beautiful & Giovanni kindly is very happy to drive you & pickup if required. There is a bus stop outside the hotel that can take you to Amalfi. Such an amazing stay, Thank you Giovanni & Family.

This place is a little gem Away but not too far from the centre and madness of Positano Hosts Giovanni and sister Rachelli are just amazing very friendly just genuinely nice people . Happiness is this place …. View is amazing and breakfast very good with only fresh products Govianni also offered free drop off to center Positano This is the place that make me want to travel

The staff (family run hotel) here is so amazing they make you feel so welcomed. When we got there we were brought up to view the terrace. And when we check in later the staff/ owner introduced every bit of the room to us and even said I love you to us haha. He’s so funny and a nice person. Amazing view and cozy bed. Not located in main town but have shuttle service at certain times (driven by the owner ) so if you aren’t traveli

La atención es perfecta, las habitaciones impecables, la vista maravillosa, los desayunos completos, la amabilidad se siente en todo momento. Me encantó y volvería 1000 veces. Recomendable 100%. Nos ayudaron en todo momento aconsejándonos. Nos dieron toallas para la playa, nos llevaron hasta downtown y nos recogían. Todo perfecto

Un hotel en el cual se respira amor de familia. Cálido, lleno de detalles, con una vista maravillosa y con una atención llena de sonrisas. Giovanni y sus hermanos son tan buenos y hermosos que dan ganas de llevarlos en la maleta o nunca dejarlos. En un mundo cada vez más ajetreado que te atiendan con dedicación, sonrisas y tanta calidez es realmente excepcional. Tienen una terraza maravillosa, puedes caminar a la playa, el desayuno es espectacular! 1000% recomendado!

Absolutely amazing stay, the family made us feel so warm and welcome and couldn’t do enough to help us. The view from the room was stunning and we’d 100% stay again if ever we returned to Positano! Brilliant location and breakfast was also wonderful. Thank you!

Mi esposo y yo nos íbamos a hospedar aquí por nuestra luna de miel y vaya que estábamos emocionados! Tras meses de leer reviews de este y otras opciones (muchas) nos decidimos por reservar aquí con más de 5 meses de anticipación. Leí cada una de las reseñas que tiene el hotel y no había día que no le dijera a mi esposo lo emocionada que estaba de poder hospedarnos ahí. Tristemente tres días antes de nuestra reservación la cancelaron sin ningún tipo de explicación. Nosotros somos de México y estábamos en Roma en el momento que nos enteramos por medio de un correo electrónico. Fue un momento extremadamente estresante y desilusionador en medio de nuestra luna de miel. Concideramos la falta de empatía y responsabilidad algo muy grave y no recomendaría entonces reservar aquí si estás haciendo un esfuerzo grande de tiempo y dinero para ir a positano.
