Stayed here for 1 night. We enjoyed the stay as the view is just breath taking. There's heater in the room. The only downside we find that the room is a bit dusty but other than that all is good.

My partner and I had such a beautiful and relaxing weekend here. The villa was beautiful and the lady at reception was fantastic and very helpful. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and in such a beautiful location. The convenience of everything being within walking distance was also a bonus. We will definitely be returning and would recommend staying here. I did take a video of the room but it won’t let me upload it. So here is a picture of what was directly across from our room and the dinner we made in the villa.

Lovely villa, spacious and everything works. Heater working and we weren’t freezing.

The room is great, super clean and comfortable. The villa is near the twelve apostles. Visit in winter so the town is quiet many restaurants were close. The stair to the room were quite steep, struggle a little with our big luggages.

A great stay at Sea Foam Villas. The penthouse was spacious and had everything we needed. Amazing views from the balcony and we appreciated the convenient location for driving to the 12 Apostles. Slightly older decor but everything worked well.

facility is so convenience, my friend, them so surprise and falling this place so much, every part of this penthouse is clean. balcony it too width for us but i love it and cleanly to see view.

Location is convenient and room was clean and tidy. Very spacious catering to families.

Stayed in Sea foam villa in Port Campbell. Location is across 12 Rocks which served great food, and a convenience store. Rooms are spacious and 2 sofa beds could accommodate 2 persons each. Excellent place, will return again.

We requested a family 1 bedroom spa apartment, and we didn't know it was on the upper floor. We requested a change to the ground floor as my wife has a knee problem and can't take the stairs which are quite steep. We could see that more than half of apartments available were empty, and yet she refused to help. Truly disappointed 😞

Sea Foam Villas was a cosy space and very accessible to the main attractions of the Great Ocean Road like the 12 Apostles. There's a great Fish and Chips shop next to it too!

Good clean accommodation with self service check in.  Well laid out design.

Absolutely wonderful property and at a great location. Has outstanding views and right across the beach!
