Excellent Hotel in a beautiful location
Weather was excellent throughout the duration of our stay, the hotel itself is in an excellent location & the facilities are fantastic. Our kids loved using the indoor pool due to the outdoor pool being out of season but it didn’t dampen their spirits.
Kids club was great fun for the kids & having the media room was a godsend as it kept the kids quiet for a few hours whilst we were over in the main hotel making use of the facilities & bar.
Apartments were a great size for us & there was no worrying about being cramped inside as it was very spacious.
Staff were always very friendly & happy to help irrespective of what it was you were asking them.
I’d happily stay there again in the future without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay! There are many fun facilities. There are a lot of places where you can get food and it is all fine. The staff is crazy kind and the service is great! The resort is close to the beach and has 3 swimmingpools. The only negative point is that our door couldn't close properly so the mosquitos came right in. Also the pillows hurt your neck a lot. They are way to soft. 4/5 would recommend!

We stayed at the residence and although our room could use a little refresh, it was a nice stay for my family and I. Front desk staff was lovely and even gave us a free buffet breakfast for our whole family. Pool and beach area were awesome and we had a great one night stay!

Our apartment was perfectly fine, grounds were beautiful, and buffet was fantastic. Both check-in and check-out were terrible with long lines, and upon late evening check-in with tired kids we had to return three times because of poor directions to the apartment.

We stayed as a couple for almost two weeks at Valamar Diamant in July 2024, on a half-board basis. Overall, it was a very good experience: great check-in/check-out, nice and clean hotel grounds, good food choices for breakfast and dinner, very clean room, and comfortable beds. We had a room with a sea view (highly recommended) and a nice balcony. The only thing we overlooked was that this is primarily a family-oriented hotel with over 60% families with small children (our mistake for not checking that in advance), so be prepared for that if you’re going as a couple (dining with kids screaming and running around). Brulo Beach is close by, with sun umbrellas and two sunbeds available for less than 20 euros for the whole day. Pros: Rooms cleaned daily in the morning Good food variety (loved croissants and espresso for breakfast) Great lobby bar Friendly and professional staff Cons: None that I can think of :)

It was nice, food good, sea perfect, we enjoy the time here! Weather was not nice but the pool was heated so we can enjoy the swimming! The running area is really great and u have a lot of nature to enjoy and relax… bars are 1,4 km away- so perfect for a nice walk

We got room (number 109) facing the facility for AIR conditioning which was extremely loud. It was annoying during the night (even with the closed door to the balcony). In addition to that the room was above the kitchen and it emitted a strong, unpleasant odor during the day. The room also did not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel! Old furniture and bathroom calling for renovation! This was my first and last stay in the Valamar Diamant Hotel and I will not recommend it to anyone as a 4 star hotel.
