"I've stayed in both Premier Inns in Poole over the years, and the Travelodge in the town centre. Both Premier Inns were disappointing, and the town centre Travelodge doesn't have aircon (essential in August). Easy to find, a good welcome, and a lovely room. Well-decorated and, as far as I could see, spotless. The aircon was already on so I turned it off as it was already nice and cool. The window also opens but there is some noise from the traffic outside so I didn't keep it open. Plain, simple, clean, good staff and good parking. I'll be back."

"Beware - having spent 4 nights here, I have just received parking charge notices for two of the days despite the website claiming that there is free parking and despite the fact that I registered by vehicle details for the duration of my stay as they asked me to and despite my contract being solely with Travelodge. Of course I am all over this like a rash but understand that Travelodge care little about complaints and charge for the privilege of attempting to phone them up. A good review will follow should anyone there fix it. Original remedial tactics may be needed here."

"The staff here are so amazing and helpful. It’s was my daughters birthday and there was little gifts a hand written note and balloons. Such a small gesture goes a long way. My other daughter wanted me to mention the night staff as my daughter can outside with me in the early morning and she got cold and the night staff gave her a little hot chocolate packet to warm her up when she went back upstairs. The two employees that checked us in were so friendly and happy to help. And the breakfast staff was amazing. One lovely lady I didn’t catch the name off was so happy and bubbly. I can’t rate the staff here enough"
