Travelodge Swansea M4 Reviews

The facilities are simple but cheap. Next to the M4 motorway rest stop. There are restaurants and children's play facilities. One night stay is 0K!

Stayed for a few nights. Really helpful staff. Carey and Caroline were really lovely on reception. Housekeeping staff were lovely and friendly. The family room were comfortable and clean. Looking forward to my next stay. Thank you all for being so helpful and friendly

Very clean and comfortable and very convenient for visiting Morriston Hospital, which was my reason for staying. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very quiet, considering it is close to the M4. There is Penllergaer forest at the back to walk in. It's a little tricky getting off the M4 roundabout at first, coming from the west, due to having to cross several lanes. There is no restaurant, but there is Greggs, Burger King, Costa, and Smith's in the same building. I was rather disappointed by the pricing. I stayed from Sunday to Thursday. It was £66 for the Sunday night, which was fair, to £123 for the Thursday night, almost double the price for the same room!

Always straightforward. Comfortable rooms. Good location - 20 minutes into Swansea centre. Easy parking. Great staff.

My best Travelodge stay ever. Predictably good facilities, exceptional service by staff, and a deep and peaceful night’s sleep.

We stopped off here as our parents were so tired after a day of exploring west wales, it was in such a good location directly off the motorway, and was easy to get back on the road the next morning, staff were welcoming and the room was clean, very good value too

Having to book at the last minute, and asked for a quiet room the reception team were brilliant in sorting a lovely room and sorting car park detail, all staff showed care and helpfulness during our stay and can only thank them for the service they gave me, a credit to travelodge, thank you for your kindness xx

Another pleasant stay at this Travelodge while visiting family in Swansea. Good location for access to city and west of Swansea without too much traffic congestion. Room spotless and Amanda on reception very friendly and welcoming.

Max on night shift even refroze our ice packs for the beach next day and found routes away from the road closures. Perfect!

Brilliant value basic hotel. Plentiful parking available and included. When we needed extra tea bags and milk these were readily available. The spare pillows provided were useful. All spotlessly clean.

Great location for what I needed, and the room was perfect for my needs. The manager (Amanda) was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, professionally run by the staff Notably Amanda,Carey and Caroline. The hotel is clean and the staff are very accommodating.

A nice stopover on the way to Cardiff. Staff is friendly and accommodating, always greet you with a smile. Amanda who worked at the front desk made us feel welcome at the check-in and helped us to find our room. One negative side but might be due to personal preference: the pillow are extremely uncomfortable, too high and tough. Did not have a quality it sleep.

Great stay convenient location for powerlifting competition. Comfy bed which is great with needing to be ready. Front of desk Amanda was really friendly and helpful
