We had amazing experience staying here(Room625). Located at the heart of Pontianak town area. The roon have window but facing another block. Lovely breakfast. Spacious room.

Cleanliness is not good, bed sheets and pillows have bad smell. Breakfast only consists of simple Indonesian rice and noodles.

The hotel room was stuffy, damp and dusty. My friends and I sneezed, the walls also seemed dirty. The sheets also make you sneeze. The musty smell was very pronounced, given to move rooms but the sheets were still dusty. The receptionist was not very friendly

The elevator door really needs some repairs. Sometimes the door won't close or move. The other parts are really okay because you can borrow a hair dryer. Some of the service staff who ordered the food will also bring it to you, which is pretty good.

Booked 3 comfort type rooms without windows. Rooms are on different floors. The sheets weren't clean, there were blood spots. The room is also not clean.
