Everything was great excluding the Breakfast.

Hotel is luxurious and representable but if you are going to park in the parking lot, just know your going to need to use your room card to get in and out of the parking lot. There will be a possibility that the card won’t work like it happened to me. We gave numerous of walks back and forth to get our parking ticket stamped in order to come out of the parking lot. Also in the room you would need to keep you card in a slot to keep the bathroom and hallway light on. In order to use the elevator you need to swipe your room key card as well. Unfortunately, this was only a 1 night at this hotel. And we had more headaches than any other we had stayed before. Hotel is nice and all but all the tech and going back and forth is not worth it.

We have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times prior to this stay. When the hotel was new, everything was great -- service, breakfast, cleanliness, location etc. During this recent stay, you can tell things are starting to go downhill a bit. The hotel itself and the rooms are starting to show their age ... beat up walls, dirty windows, light switches bashed up. Our room itself seemed like it wasn't fully cleaned when we arrived -- smears on the walls, hair in the bathroom etc. The pool area seems to be struggling a bit also -- no towels, stuff floating in the pool, filter system not working or not working very well. The breakfast should just be stopped....nothing filled, empty fridge, empty juice dispenser, warm cold items, cold warm items and the individual drawers where you grab utensils is nasty dirty. We used to love these few blocks and the hotel but now it just feels like another beat up hotel that is going downhill sadly.

The room was amazing and the service was great also and very reassuring and helpful. The beds was very soft. The couch was very soft, which was surprised in the room was very spacious and soundproof to my surprise too. Everyone was friendly in. There were so many things that were accessible From restaurant to convenience store. I will definitely go back again.

We booked a room with seaview but when we arrived got a room without seaview. Bot until asking at the reception, we were informed that we were downgraded due to lack of room capacity, constructipn work, etc. Got to hear different stories from different people. To be honest we never heard of downgrading just upgrading before. So instead of our family enjoying a quiet nice view, we got parking lots and a loud street and a connection door to another hotel room listening to every word and move the people next door did. We will get a partial refund they said (what we paid extra for the view) but that won‘t save our ruined stay. Just had booked the hotel get a seaview, had several optional, should have taken another hotel from all the options. Streetview and Noise one can get cheaper. It’s very disappointing.
