"Had a great experience here.....pool and gardens are as beautiful as the photos. Rooms were updated and very clean. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and the beautiful parks of Pompano Beach. It is an older building and there is empty lots/construction around but with the lush tall palms and bamboo trees you would never know it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Have not refunded my security deposit and it has been 2 weeks; No one cleaned the room at lest to throw the trash... for 4 days; Also the breakfast is just packaged stuff with terrible ingredients and 2 oranges, which wete sometimes rotting. Not even coffee is availbe before 7 am and there are no cups in the room to be able to boil water and make coffee."

"This room and building were well appointed, beautiful and SO clean. I felt extremely comfortable and proud of where we were staying. I was here for a family reunion and my family stayed at a few different places all of which were so dirty and outdated. I was so grateful for the pride and care the Lowkl staff took with Sea Steps. "We found out that as of TODAY the hotel pools will be closed until February 2025. There was no notice of this when we booked or checked in. We found out this more when we went down for breakfast & saw the signs. Today was our last day but we were planning on using the amenities since there was a resort fee. Turned out the weather due to storm Denise wouldn’t allow us the use the beach. This hotel did not meet expectations and was overpriced for the quality, location & amenities."

The pool is clean.The rooms are all tile floors newer fixtures and nice bed.Full galley kitchen ( equipped) 2 gas grills poolside. Small but clean bathroom/Huge closet. Roku/Streaming/Nice TV/ WiFi.No Guest laundry. Great deal and proficient staff. I will be back."

"This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I know it’s supposed to be a 2-star hotel but the owner of the property brings it up to 5 stars. He was there to greet us when we arrived and graciously took our bags to the room. I’m handicapped so I had asked for a ground room floor - which he gave me along with a shower stool and a clamp on holding bar. I used to travel for a living and I was blown away by the service. Book your next vacation here and you won’t regret it!! Jessica Campbell"
