"Check-in as entered on Agoda booking is from 04:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. We arrived at 11:10 p.m. Nobody was there. I met some people there who already booked an Apartment. They told me that the office already was closed at 04:00 p.m. Additionally I received a mail in the morning at the same day telling me that somebody would wait for me at the accomodation, further details will follow. I never received those details. It lasted until 04:30 a.m. until I finally I could go to bed - in another hotel. The time in between was spent trying to find out the phone number of this accomodation without succeeding, numerous and endless as well as expensive calls with Agoda who really tried to help me (thx for that again, but didn‘t succeed like me), finding a new accommodation and finally going there. „Thank you“ to Riverside for waisting my time and money as well as the next day of my vacation (of course we did not get up so early as intended). I would recommend to look for something else - do not stay here."

"The hotel service is particularly intimate and thoughtful, the front desk staff is warm and polite, and the check-in and check-out efficiency is very high. The cleaning aunt cleaned and tidy, the demand response was super fast, the stay experience was full, and I will choose next time."

I was here for a family reunion and my family stayed at a few different places all of which were so dirty and outdated. I was so grateful for the pride and care the Lowkl staff took with Sea Steps. "We found out that as of TODAY the hotel pools will be closed until February 2025. There was no notice of this when we booked or checked in. We found out this more when we went down for breakfast & saw the signs. Today was our last day but we were planning on using the amenities since there was a resort fee. Turned out the weather due to storm Denise wouldn’t allow us the use the beach. This hotel did not meet expectations and was overpriced for the quality, location & amenities."
