What a great stay! Such a great staff! Braden was wonderful! Also I he girl at the desk was so encouraging. It's an older hotel but clean.

If I could rate this hotel a zero stars, I would. First of all, this hotel needs to stay closed down for GOOD! Code enforcement needs to keep it shut down. We booked and stayed here at the beginning of July. The whole place is old and falling apart. It's not up to code AT ALL. They will also bait you with the refundable hotel fee and parking fee. The valet told us we could park across the street for free with handicap so we did and not on the property. They still charged us and stated we did and linked another person car to my booking. I called, and the so-called front desk manager pretended to check and claimed we parked on property, which we clearly didn't. I asked for the refundable fees back as they told me I would get it back in 72 hours after our stay. But according to her, we couldn't get it back with no explanation as to why. There were no cameras in the front of the building as I told them to check the footage to clearly see that my car did not valet the park on the property. Secondly, there were two elevators, but one was out of order, and the other was super old, hot, stink, and about to stop working. I also discovered there were some bed bugs in the room on the wooden lamp post in the room. The door was old and rusted to get to the balcony as well as the balcony itself looked as it would fall any day now. I pray this place is NEVER EVER allowed to open again. They treat their customers badly and steal their refundable fees because they are doing BAD. Horrible staff and management. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!

Very disappointed. I went with my partner, who had booked a room with us for Friday- Sunday. We got there early only to our disappointment finding out that it was closed! We called the number on the door and the man told us they will be closed until the fall. They gave us the location of their sister hotel in pompano. Only to find out they received less than 2 days prior notice. Therefore, they could not accommodate us. Thankfully we were able to find a nice hotel in Hillsboro for a decent price. However, a major inconvenience for us. And for the hotel not to call us (I’m sure they didn’t call others) is horrible customer service. For that reason, we will never stay there. Nor will we recommend this hotel. By the way, most third party websites are showing it can still be booked, so beware!!!

This place CLOSED DOWN without any notice. I have a future reservation that will now have to be booked elsewhere at a higher price. Apparently they locked out employess without any notice as well. They would not give a re-open date (if any) when we called.
