My wife and I were so impressed at the level of amenities and service at this resort. They recently renovated, and it looks like a brand new hotel and resort. Ashley at the front desk and others were very helpful and kind to us and our children. We would come back to Pompano Beach specifically to stay here again.

Overall, the hotel is very good. However, the daily rate is not inexpensive – it is on the higher side. For that reason, I believe they should reconsider the price charged for parking, since valet parking is $44 plus taxes per car, which comes to almost $50 per night. On top of that, they also charge extra for internet, there is a resort fee, and the gym was closed during my stay. Another situation that I found a bit unpleasant happened right when we arrived. My daughter was on the phone and had just sat on a chair for less than two minutes, when a staff member approached us to ask if we had paid to sit in that pool area. We were fully dressed and had no intention of staying there, so I felt that approach was a little impolite. On the positive side, I would like to highlight that the restaurant staff treated us very well and were extremely welcoming and attentive, which made our experience there much better.
