This was a huge mistake we made coming to the Tubki Resort. We rented the apartment for 3 months for our business trip in Goa. One night we had to wake up because of the toxic gas emitting from the AC. That thing seriously harmed our health: headaches, vomiting, dizziness, throat pain, poor breathing, and slowed heart beating. And when we asked to fix the AC, they just gave promises of someone coming tomorrow for 7 days straight until they allowed us to change the room. The thing is that this place doesn’t take care of their ACs, there were lots of reviews left on different platforms like ***********, agoda and others. The staff are completely aware of the problem, but they put zero effort to fix it. And as a result our health suffered. But unfortunately, our health was not the only thing that suffered during our stay at the Tubki Resort. The charger and MacBook (that was only 2 years old and which worked just perfectly before the accident) worth of about 2,000 Canadian Dollars got burned out by their unsafe electrical connections. It was very painful for us to realize that this actually happened as majority of the work that we prepared to do on our trip in Goa was stored on that laptop. That was worth more than $20,000, but now we were not even able to restore any of the data due to hardware damage caused by Tubki Resort’s ignorance toward their guests safety and safety of their guests’ belongings. Now the most interesting! We attempted to to talk to the staff at the hotel, but what happened is that they brought some nonsense woman and called her their owner. To note, previously when a receptionist spoke with an owner on the phone, there was a male voice and they referred to the owner as “he” and then all of a sudden some random woman comes. It’s really doesn’t take that much effort to just google the owner of Tubki, who is a ***. At the meeting, there were one random woman and 3 other resort’s managers and unfortunately none of them neither had an education nor manners, not even the very very veeeery basic knowledge of customer service and hospitality. To note, Tubki Resort calls themselves a 3 star hotel. Maybe they made a mistake and forgot to make it - 3 star resort. I traveled 13 countries and stayed in multiple hotels and apart hotels and never got so much disrespected and mistreated in my entire life. The moment when we would try to raise a complain about what happened to our health and laptop they would use their hand to shut me down. One “manager” who came up to me, started hysterically shouting at me and putting her fingers near my face. By the way, she holds a position of a hospitality manager which makes the whole thing scary! If the hotel stands on such employees then what kind of treatment their guests will get? And this is after we paid to them 75,000 rupees for our stay. Their strategy when the complain rises is to deny everything while hysterically yelling at their guests. After that, they evicted us from the room witho
