Hermoso lugar. Acogedor, limpio, practico. Facilidad para estacionar, muy cerca de todos los atractivos turisticos, para ir a pie. Lugar tranquilo y comodo, muy bien restructurado con equilibrio perfecto del pasado y presente. La propietaria gentil, cordlal, nos atendio y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones. Volveremos.

In qualità di agente di viaggio, ho un occhio molto clinico...ecco perchè dò il massimo!!! Posizione, cortesia, pulizia...e una vasca idromassaggio che, pagando un supplemento, puoi utilizzare. Tornerò sicuramente a dormire qui, perchè quando in un posto ci lasci il cuore, torni sempre a riprenderlo! Grazie di tutto

B&B pulito, romantico, particolari che rimangono impressi, come il letto sopra una scaletta con un soffitto a volta tipico del posto, i saponi fatti direttamente dalla attentissima proprietaria, Cinzia, che ancora ringrazio per tutti i suoi consigli, su richiesta Cinzia ha preparato un’ambizione particolare con idromassaggio, profumi di rosmarino, candele, prosecco e dolci, colazione a scelta della pasticceria poco distante. Posizione strategica, 50 mt dalla centralissima Via Roma. Se andate a Polignano non perdetevi questo B&B!!

Italians have a way of making you feel special, but Cinzia was next level! Het communication prior to arrival was great, her recommendations for where to eat and drink were perfect, and her home has a lovely feel about it. She has an amazing Hot Tub which is perfect after roaming the streets to relax with some wine. She even has many cute candles to make the atmosphere memorable. She has a huge heart for making her guests feel special and welcome. The best experience of my Italian trip from a host. I wish I had stayed longer!

Arrived at the B&B (no one there) and after contacting by phone told were told we had the wrong date. Then received a text and told there had been a problem with the booking app and reservations had been cancelled. Reminded we had been corresponding by email (outside the app) and was then confirmed we had a booking but they were now overbooked. Initial solution offered was to try and find us alternative accommodation or give us our money back. After walking door to door we found a alternative but due to last minute booking was double the price, I expressed my dissatisfaction and was offered to meet up to receive a free drink and our deposit back (which they had for over 4 months) but considering I was advised that I shouldn’t be angry and there is “no need to blame”. Just wanted our deposit back. Overall not an experience which I want or expect on holiday from an accommodation supplier.

We picked this place as they had good reviews. I contacted them directly in mid- Jan for a four-day-stay at the end of May. I paid a deposit and we had numerous email exchanges. We arrived at mid-day on 30 May and we called as nobody was in. The owner/manager told us that she had overbooked and that she could not accommodate us. I received no email to advise us of this, and our deposit was not returned. We had to drive around for two-hours, as this is peak season, most places were fully booked and in the end, we had to pay double the price for an apartment. I am beyond furious at the incompetency of this B&B and we have a suspicion that we were cancelled, as she could get more money than from my booking in January.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni presso il B&B Casa Fiore di Polignano a Mare. Non ci trovavamo negli alloggi nel centro della città, ma nella splendida residenza ad un chilometro e mezzo dal centro. Oltre alla camera, compresa di un bagno molto spazioso, avevamo a nostra completa disposizione anche la zona giorno con cucina compresa di tutti gli accessori, frigorifero, lavatrice e barbecue esterno. La camera era davvero deliziosa, molto pulita ed accogliente, arredata con gusto ed avvolta da un tenero e dolce profumo. All'esterno, oltre al piazzale dove era possibile parcheggiare la macchina, spiccavano grandi piante di ulivo e frutteti che indirizzavano verso un panorama mozzafiato!! La colazione era molto abbondante e veniva servita sotto il gazebo della terrazza esterna. Nessun rammarico e nessuna pecca, anzi siamo stati davvero soddisfatti e siamo rimasti molto contenti dall'estrema disponibilità di Cinzia ed Achille, i due proprietari, dalla loro cortesia, accoglienza e generosità!! Ottimo soggiorno...bravi Cinzia ed Achille e un piccolo saluto ad Alex e Charlotte ;)!!

Ho prenotato mesi fa per il periodo dal 25 al 28 aprile 2024, e sinceramente ho letto un po’ di tutto, sporco non all’altezza , rapporto qualità prezzo non congruo, colazioni misere…….. A parte i vari contatti con la signora Cinzia , persona squisita attenta disponibile e chi più ne ha ne metta , ma tutto ciò che ho letto di negativo non corrisponde nemmeno in minima parte a quella che è la realtà delle cose !!!!! Pulito , perfetto e davvero carino Ambiente davvero bello e amorevole in tutti i sensi , vicinissimo alla via Roma (50mt)centro della movida notturna e dello shopping , vicino alle mura della città vecchia , insomma un posto davvero incantevole Sicuramente da tornarci Non ve lo perdete , sia il B&B che la splendida Polignano Un saluto ed un abbraccio alla signora Cinzia davvero presente ed interessata hai suoi ospiti 🙏🙏🙏Grazie davvero non è facile trovare persone come lei
