The room is nice, clean and sanitary. The landlord is also very nice. The location is very good and easy to get in and out. Very close to the train station. A little far from the bus station. It may take 20 minutes to walk with luggage. Convenient to the beach. The only regret is that the WIFI signal is a bit poor on the third floor. After Ctrip contacted the landlord. The landlord installed a router, which is much better. Worth staying. Stayed for two nights.

I stayed at a Korean guesthouse in Rome and was really satisfied with everything. The host was very friendly, the accommodation was clean, and the terrace was very satisfying... It was about a 10-15 minute walk to La Marmona Chile Beach, so I walked around without any major inconveniences and went back and forth to the accommodation several times a day. Fui con bastantes prejuicios por el precio. Me sorprendió ! Una habitación grandísima, con una cama bien grande, ropa de blanco, colchón y almohadas espectaculares.Una Tv bien grande, wifi gratis y súper veloz. Un baño muy cómodo, completo y súper moderno. Una ducha digna de un hotel 4 estrellas. Todo en un estado de limpieza maravillosa. El centro histórico está a tan solo 10 o 12’ a pie. Tienes estacionamiento en la calle gratis. Madre e hijo son los anfitriones y son maravillosos. Llegué antes del mediodía a dejar la maleta y la mochila y me entregaron la llave ahí mismo. Me encantó, volveré algún día.

Walkable to city center 10-15 minutes. Great breakfast option nearby which was open pretty early. Was able to park on street a block from the apartment. Walked to the city center for restaurant options. This apartment is big, very clean and quiet at night.
