The Stay Hotel Central Square Plovdiv

Best location ever. Didn’t use much else from the hotel as stayed literally few hrs

It’s clean and good service. It’s in the city of the city. I am in it.

Very close to everywhere The hotel is in the centre of Old Town,which is very good and it also has a carpark but it is small therefore you have to reserve it beforehand and you also need to pay for it daily. The people at the reception were so nice with a smile on their faces. The atmosphere was very good but the only thing as a disadvantage was that the room was so small and you had to close the bathroom door in order to pass through the corridor. Apart from that it was clean and you don't have any problems with hot water and the air-conditioning was working. Thank you.

Bad customer service When we arrived I was told that the booking had not been paid for. I knew that it had been paid for. They said it was company policy not to charge before guests arrived. They told me that they were going to charge me and to check my bank so that I could see that I hadn’t already paid. When I proved that I had already paid I was not given any apology or any reassurance that they wouldn’t charge me again. Bad customer service which left me feel uncomfortable about staying there. The rooms are tiny, you have to climb over the bed to get to the window. The bathroom was small but functional. The hotel corridors are dark and gloomy. The room was generally clean and the hotel is in a good location.

Great hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet and well located. It was a great stay and I would stay again.
