Ramada by Wyndham Plovdiv Trimontium

The Trip.com pictures of the "Hotel" are fake. It is not a Hotel. It is a ******. I am completely shocked. My health was at risk, and my car and belongings were also in danger. After arriving at the nonexistent hotel parking lot, which is actually a paid city lot, someone crashed into the Toll both while rying to sneak in behind me. People were smoking **** and seemed hazardous. I couldn't risk staying at that place due to concerns for my health, and the inside of my car with my belongings was at risk of vandalism. This is not a hotel. This place does not have a parking area. It is a ******. A ****** for people that take ***** and be radical. I came by here on my buisness Trip at 23:20. With belongings in the car that needed to be kept safe. I came not to inhale smoke right at the entrance. J djd not came to gamble. I looked for sleep and safety. None of it is possible here. As fkr me first text. The shown pictures hide the faxt that it is a ******. Not only that, it is a red ******* looking ****** in real life! With big ****** signs hanging everywhere!

The only redeeming quality of the hotel is location which is excellent. We were in an “updated” room that still felt at least 20 years old. Mildew around bathroom sink, leaky toilet. The room smelled damp. It looked onto the pool deck but the pool closed for renovations. The security guards are all mildly creepy, lurking about dragging their feet and looking at you sideways. The halls to the rooms gave “The Shining” vibes. The breakfast buffet looks good at first until you realize things are quite stale - the “bacon” was actually fried up luncheon meat (salami, etc). The fitness centre is in the basement, accessed through a banged up service elevator with few items but enough to get by for a workout.

The hotel has a nice location but unfortunately everything is quite dated. Also our bed linen was all wet and had to call reception around midnight to have it changed. There was no apology from the hotel either
