The rooms were spacious, clean, modern and everything was new. Staff was always very helpful and hospitable. Location is also convenient for exploring Plovdiv. Thank you for a great stay in a beautiful city! Would definitely recommend for anyone considering visiting Plovdiv

Bylam trochę skeptyczna czy warto zaryzykować i zablokować nowy hotel bez opinii ale definitywnie było WARTO! Standard w Hotelu Hello Plovdiv byl naprawdę wysoki - pokoje są bardzo przestronne i czyste a obsługa była naprawdę sympatyczna i pomocna. Bardzo polecam! 10/10 !! 😍

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour group and can't recommend this hotel more highly. It has a convenient location a short walk to tourist areas and shopping. Check-in and check-out were efficient and almost felt like we were staying with friends. The minimalist, ultra modern decor was clean and functional. Our room was quite spacious with a very comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom, a large safe, and motorized drapes on the windows(!). Buffet breakfast was served attractively and fresh with a very nice variety of options available. As promised, the complimentary homemade lemonade is in generous supply and delicious. If you need a place to stay in Plovdiv, this hotel gets 5 stars from me.
