Used to stay here in 2013 for twice, with each stay about a week, and the hotel was okay then. However, over the years, it's simply too old without much renovation and the room, including bathroom / toilet is quite run-down. Lack of basic amenities too. And window view is a creepy wall at the external void deck. Nevertheless, the location is excellent and staff friendly too.

This hotel is near to custom. There are a lot of shops nearby which are convenient. But the hotel carpark needs to walk a distance... not convenient for carpark... The hotel room only provides disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner. Still alright. No slipper and no face towel. Will book again this hotel next time

Room was clean, albeit the shower screen door not being able to close. Sheets are clean. Wifi is horrendous though. Alot of food options nearby. Close to CIQ which is good. Theres a family mart right below and the surround shophouses has alot of food options so its good.

Nice hotel lobby with good location only hotel too old .Aircon not cold very fast change another room with us .but the room there is a musty smell. Only good also there is family mart 24 hrs beside hotel ,near Watson and many food stalls ,for family room is affordable,will stay again .we even have supper opposite hotel having Lok lok.the wifi also weak if wifi is good not bad to stay .

Waited for over 20 minutes to check in even when we arrive at 15.20pm and was only checked in after 15.40pm. The service was terribly bad this time around. The room was spacious and clean. There was no boiling pot and had only 1 drinking mug. The room was very noisy the entire day and night with some sort of machinery running all day and night... worse stay at Grand Sentosa Hotel. The room number 2039.

stayed this hotel again as it is located near some dining area where i wanted to go, location is not so accessible as you would need to grab here, but everything else is good. Apart from the occasional smoking cigarette smell along the hotel rooms lobby upstairs, i think everything else is acceptable if you dont mind their simple bathroom. A well rounded basic room for the average price.

I have stayed with the hotel on several occasions. Everything is fine. Just a suggestion: before the customer check-in, maybe the maintenance staff can do another round for room.. like checking on TV, aircon noise, and the water heater

The two rooms my friends and I stayed in were quite dirty . The wall tiles in the toilets were extremely dirty indicating they had not been wiped for a long time, The furniture in the rooms are old and dirty. The paint on the walls were peeling off and the base of the shower cubicle were layered with mould. The air extractor and air conditioning vents were equally dirty . The desk drawers were also extremely dirty to render them unusable

Good location. Plenty of good food outlets. Easily accessible. But do ask for room away from night club within the same building.
