The location is convenient just opposite midvalley southkey. Check-in procedure very slow with unhelpful security. We spend almost one our to find carpark like hide and seek inside the condo and key our key and scan card. The booking stated occupied for 6 pax with one sofa bed. When we reach there is no sofa bed provided when we query only the owner sent us the futton over.

Check in at 3pm, customer service will only shared the details 15mins before u are entitled to check in.
Room is very simple, clean but no amenities. Towel looks dirty.
The bathroom floor very slippery.

Overall, the experience was positive, and the location is excellent—situated just opposite Mid Valley Mall. However, gaining security access to the building took quite some time.
Parking was another area of concern. Although the designated lot was on Level 2, lift access was only available from Level 2A, which posed difficulties—particularly for those accompanied by elderly individuals, wheelchair users, young children, or heavy luggage. Unit is clean.
Additionally, the toilet floors were quite slippery, and with no floor mats or rugs provided, it created a potential safety hazard, especially for the elderly.

Although location is quite near to Midvalley, walking there would take at least 15mins. There is no direct link to the mall. There is alot of food at the coffeeshop beside the apartment. Would be good if they can provide an additional access card as only one is quite inconvinence
