"We recently stayed at this property for a group of 8 over 3 nights, and while there were some highlights, a few things definitely stood out - mostly not in a good way. First off, the water pressure in one of the showers was really low. It made showering pretty uncomfortable, especially after a long day out. For a group of our size, this small annoyance started feeling like a big deal by the end of the trip. Getting in and out with the lifts was another headache. We sometimes waited up to 15 minutes for an elevator, which was frustrating and ate into our schedule. When you’re traveling with a big group, waiting around like that is the last thing you want. Parking was… something else. The parking lot is way up in a multi-storey car park, and reaching it took about 5-8 minutes of driving through turns and bumps. After doing this a couple of times, it started to feel pretty exhausting. Supplies also didn’t quite match our needs. For 8 people staying 3 nights, we expected more toiletries than what was provided. And, even though the washing machine was advertised, there was no laundry detergent to use with it. It just felt like one more thing we needed to sort out ourselves. On the positive side, booking was straightforward, and the property generally matched the online description. They are also collecting RM150/SGD50 as deposit in case it matters. But these seemingly small details like the water pressure, lift wait times, parking hassles, and basic supplies really impacted our comfort and added up over the stay. My advice: If you’re a big group or planning a longer trip, check with the host early about what’s actually provided, especially the little conveniences. And if you’re driving, brace yourself for parking!"
