Amazing room size and very clean. Modern and well preserved property

Hotel is super new and clean, interior is very modern. Staff checking us in was very professional. Pepe from breakfast buffet is super helpful and funny. The spa is definitely worth visiting. However, we experienced an issue with our drink at the lobby lounge which we were shocked about.

The room was perfect with a view of the pool. Buffet is good. Deserts were yummy and plentiful.

The hotel is ok overall, with a rich variety of breakfast The following points are expected to be improved: 1. There are signs of water leakage in the shower room 2. The towels were stained for two consecutive nights 3. I understand that it is for environmental protection, but I don’t like slippers made of this material 4. On the first day, the long-haired female receptionist at the hotel front desk (probably in training) had a rather indifferent service attitude

The hotel staff are very friendly, enthusiastic and proactive. While waiting for check-in, I was taken to the side to drink champagne while waiting for processing, and the luggage was delivered directly to the room by the staff. This time I only booked breakfast, which was very rich and free! There are all kinds of delicious freshly squeezed juices every day. Except for the poor coffee taste, everything else is very satisfactory. After reading xhs's comments, I regret not ordering a buffet dinner to try. I heard that the dinner is also very good hahaha This poor man eats a lot every day and then goes out to play, so I can save money for lunch hahahahaha

I have nothing to say about the hotel. The service facilities and environment are very good. The rooms are large and very clean. The balcony is very spacious and you can see the sea. The indoor spa is also great. Breakfast and dinner are all buffet with many kinds. If you have the chance to come to Mallorca again Ka will stay here again!
