They will call you at night when will you check out and in the morning as well, quite annoying, food is good and the restaurant service person are super nice but the acception is bad attitude. Kind of rude

I really like this surprising hotel, next to the beach. When I checked in, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and treated us to two free mocktails. In the evening, sitting in the hotel restaurant and watching the sunset was very cozy and comfortable.

The hotel is right outside the beach. We arrived at the hotel early. Although we couldn't check in early, the front desk gave us blankets to enjoy the sun on the beach. We could order food while we were waiting. It was quite humane. The sun was very comfortable and the service attitude was very good.

Close to the beach, great views, worth investing

The hotel is located right on the beach, which is perfect for lying down and relaxing in a daze. Even in this season, it’s a bit cold to go to the sea. The swimming pool is a little small, but very clean. The front desk was a little cold-faced, but other service staff were very nice. The reservation included breakfast and dinner, but one day the hotel had a night off and we could only have lunch. We were told after check-in that we had no way to come back from the sea that day, so we had to forget it. However, Ctrip’s customer service is still very good ~

The room is clean and tidy, very close to the beach, and the hotel service is good

A week of sun, fun, and relaxation, in a wonderful hotel. The hotel is not the biggest but is clean, modern and well maintained. Perfectly located for the beach. You literally have your meals 5 metres from the sea. The pool is small but perfect for the number of guests. The hotel has around 12 sunbeds on the beach, free to use for guests. Elsewhere on the beach they charge €20+ for the day. They also have plenty of sunbeds in the hotel grounds so never a problem with finding one available. They also have SUP, windsurfer and inflatables that you can use free of charge, which is a real bonus. You can use hotel beach towels free every day and they are replaced each morning. We stayed bed and breakfast and the food was fresh and plentiful. A good mix of warm and cold options. We had the odd lunch and snack and the portions were huge and very tasty - lots of choice. Our room was on the top floor and has a clean, simple Scandinavian feel. It was a good size with all the usual facilities. A nice balcony with a great side sea view. The hotel is situated just 2 mins walk into the town, where the choice of bars and restaurants is great. The resort of Tsilivi is not for people looking for a wild night out, go to Laganas for that!!! Finally, a massive compliment to the staff. They work so hard to make your stay a wonderful one. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is super friendly. Highly Recommend 5*

This hotel is brilliant its in a great location with wonderful staff . The service was exceptional the food tasty and well presented and the room was kept spotless. We enjoyed it so much we have just rebooked to come again.Be seeing you all next yearxx

Just returned from a lovely relaxing week, staying in a beautiful area of Zante. We booked this hotel directly on Iakinthos' website, meaning we got free transfers to and from the airport. Our driver was waiting for us as soon as we exited the airport and was only a 20 minute drive to the hotel. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, always greeting you with a smile and making sure everything was OK. Our room was on the 2nd floor, 145 which had a partial view of the sea. We made use of the free bicycle hire on a couple of occasions and twice biked 10 mile around the area [ don't tell the hotel though as it says keep within 0. 75km of the hotel🤔😅 ] We also hired a quad bike for 4 days to tour the full island which took us to some fantastic beaches and areas you would normally not be able to visit. Breakfast at the hotel was plentiful and tasty and with the added bonus of sitting right by the beach plus we booked the BBQ night on Sunday and the food was top quality and very good value for money. Thank you for making our stay as enjoyable as possible and we would not hesitate to book this hotel again if we decided to return to Zante.

One of the loveliest Hotels I have stayed in, a magnificent location right on Tsilivi Beach and not far from the main area of bars and restaurants. The real difference though being the excellent staff who literally could not do enough for you with one example being Athina on the reception who organised some flowers for my wife for our wedding anniversary. Others to mention are Violeta and Nasif however everyone of them are a credit to the Hotel. Clearly the hotel goes the extra mile with things like mosquito closing slides on balcony doors and bringing fresh melon out to all guests every day whilst the Hotel is B&B . Rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day and the air conditioning was much needed with very high temperatures. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food and premium coffees available. Lunch choice was very good and the quality was excellent. As we booked directly with the Hotel we received a free return transfer from the airport which was very convenient. I will definitely go back to this Hotel as my first choice in Tsilivi. Thanks for making it such a wonderful stay.
