Just back from our 2nd visit, once again didn't disappoint, so peaceful just what was needed, really missed the ducks this year so did our dogs 😀 until the next time x

Great location next to the river, but we found these lodges are ok for a couple of days but not for a week. We found the fridge was tiny, I’m so pleased I didn’t do a delivery shop as there would have been no where to store it. The lodge is looking tired with flaking paint, holes in the walls, the shower head was disgusting and seriously needed a clean and the bath had chips and staining. Some of the floor in the lodge felt very soft and the steps leading up to the lodge we felt were dangerous, they need to be wider and deeper, they also need be attached to the building, the top step was very soft. The beds were really uncomfortable, either rock solid or we could feel springs. We also found that the single bed didn’t have a mattress protector on, and on the double bed the sheets had stains on them.

Good location by the river. Lodges are clean and well furnished. The decor is bit tired and the bathrooms have some chips and marks in bath and walls. The outside deck is good but beginning to look a bit weathered and tired. Taxis can be hard to book at peak times and takeaways hard to get delivered. Generally all good just some fair review points.

Plenty of ducks
Great spot, just a few minutes down the a9 from Pitlochry. Tranquil. Plenty of ducks wandering around. Lodge was equipped with most stuff you'd want. We stayed in the smaller joined lodges, and we were surprised how good the sound proofing was. Useful to have a washing machine available.

Property was quiet, easy parking, lodge very comfortable. Not far from Pitlochry and other sight seeing places. Missed the ducks

Such a lovely place , the lodge was spotless and everything we needed. 10 min drive into the centre and on site amenities if required. I will definitely stay again and book up again soon. The ducks and bird seed were just an added bonus . Thank you for a lovely stay!! X

3 bedded cabin was imaculate. Cabin fully stocked with utentils and everthing needed for cooking. Bed linen was clean and whole cabin was spotless. Would stay again and recommend. Ducks were an added bonus feeding them food from honesty box
