Very poor service. There is no reception and no one to answer your questions and it is very difficult to find the hotel but the view from hotel is good.
Washrooms were dirty.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Pisa.
Schönes, altes Gebäude sehr zentral gelegen.
Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stadt und Möglichkeiten zum Essen sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.
CheckIn und CheckOut ohne Personalkontakt - völlig Problemlos. Kurzer Kontakt zum Personal im laufe der Zeit sehr freundlich!
Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick direkt auf den Arno. Alles sehr sauber!
Kleine Kaffee- und TeeStation im Flur zur freien Verfügung.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt während meines Trips nach Pisa!

沒有櫃檯是一大硬傷，因為旅店給我的電子郵件我沒收到，根本不知道要怎麼進房間，還好遇到其他旅客帶我上來，但是有旅客還看我不爽，叫我離開公共區域，我拒絕並繼續向旅店老闆聯絡，被趕感覺很糟，其他沒什麼不好的，房間也很大，很乾淨。
