The boss was very straightforward. The room was large, clean and classic. However, I had a reservation on the trip but it was not conveyed. Checking in on site was a little troublesome, but the boss solved it very quickly.

The hotel cancelled my booking after I paid with no reason and no one contacted me beforehand or replied to my emails. Very poor service. They left me struggling to get accommodation.

Mi fermo spesso a Pisa e ho provato diverse sistemazioni. Il Time Out è senza dubbio al primo posto, quindi ho smesso di cercare oltre! La posizione è ideale, in pieno centro, ma in una zona silenziosa. Le camere e i bagni sono sempre impeccabili. Mai avuto problemi di wifi (dievrsamente da altri posti). L'atmosfera è amichevole e il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Grazie!

You can't book directly with the hotel. I dud with *******. They cancelled my booking May 2025, and claimed I had and when I tried to rebook, the room was no longer available. I sent multiple messages asking for an explanation and booking reinstatement. None were replied to. DON'T USE

Time Out in Pisa truly impressed us with their fantastic service! Even though we had a non-refundable rate, they kindly offered a full refund when our plans suddenly changed. It was such a relief and really shows their commitment to their guests. The staff was friendly and very understanding, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. When we do make it to Pisa, we'll definitely choose to stay here. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place in Pisa! Thanks so much!
