The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect. It was within walking distance of all the major landmarks, which made exploring the city so easy

The hotel cancelled my booking after I paid with no reason and no one contacted me beforehand or replied to my emails. Very poor service. They left me struggling to get accommodation.
