Whether you drive or travel by other means, this place is really convenient. Xue Erfei is next door, and the food there is also very delicious. If you like spicy food, I recommend fried jelly

Booked this for my family! After looking at nearby hotels, I felt that this newer hotel had the best environment and clean rooms. It was also very close to the scenic area and a short drive away. Parking was also very convenient.

My stay at Changsha Doranda Hotel (Pingyao Ancient City Branch) truly exceeded my expectations and I have to give it a thumbs-up! ⭐️ The hotel's location is incredible, right in the Pingyao Ancient City scenic area. It's just a few minutes' walk to key attractions like Ming and Qing Street and the County Government Office. You can always return to the hotel after a tiring day, without having to worry about transportation. Surrounded by quaint buildings, you can feel the vibrant atmosphere of the ancient city just by opening the window, making for stunning photos. 🌹 The room was thoughtfully appointed, capturing the rustic charm of the ancient city while maintaining modern comforts. The bedding was soft and comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful and quiet night, completely undisturbed by the bustling outside world. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were high-quality and comfortable. What impressed me most was the service. From check-in to departure, every staff member was incredibly warm and attentive. Knowing we were a tourist, they proactively recommended off-the-beaten-path itineraries and delicious local restaurants, allowing us to avoid the crowds. The breakfast menu is diverse, with both local specialties and more traditional dishes. The flavors are truly authentic, and I'm full and energetic for the whole day. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Pingyao! The value for money is fantastic, and the experience is fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the ancient city.

It's a great place, very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff and the chubby manager are really nice and make you feel at home. It feels great to come back and rest in the lobby after a day of sightseeing. I will definitely stay here again next time.

It's not too far from Pingyao Ancient Town, but the room was nice, the facilities were new, the front desk staff was very friendly, and the laundry room was very convenient. The restaurant next to the hotel recommended by the staff was also very good, and I was quite satisfied.

The breakfast was okay and it's very close to the old town, but the twin rooms all face the street, which can be quite noisy at night. Also, the cleanliness is questionable. The bathroom had a strong odor that took half an incense stick to subdue. There were also suspicious yellow stains on the toilet waterline and under the toilet seat.

They sent a message with a QR code to assist with basic needs. They also enthusiastically helped with booking movie tickets and electric bikes. They also gave us souvenirs upon check-in and check-out. The service was excellent. Tip: It's recommended to choose a room on the inner side for a quieter and more restful night. The roadside area has food stalls open late at night, and there are also large trucks on the road. The windows are not very soundproof, so those who value sleep quality should be aware. Also, the breakfast was quite simple; a more extensive option would be much better. This is just my personal opinion.

The hotel has a good environment and a large space on the first floor, perfect for resting or drinking coffee. The service staff, Xiao Yang and Sister Liu, are friendly and welcoming. The high ceilings and glass dome let in sunlight, creating a truly captivating atmosphere. The lounge area is beautifully appointed, surrounded by greenery and comfortable seating. It's a great place to relax with a cup of coffee, chat with friends, or take photos. I absolutely loved the room! The minimalist and stylish decor reflects quality in every detail. The bed was so soft, it felt like I was wrapped in a cloud, and I slept soundly. The window-side table and chairs allowed me to work or sip tea while enjoying the view. The amenities, including a TV and mini-refrigerator, make daily living incredibly convenient. The bathroom was beautifully designed, with a bright, practical vanity and mirror. The bathrobes were soft and comfortable, and the toiletries exuded a luxurious fragrance, washing away the day's fatigue. The most surprising thing was the gym. While it's small, the treadmills and other equipment were very new, allowing fitness enthusiasts like me to maintain a workout routine even during my trip. The Doranda Hotel perfectly blends comfort, convenience, and elegance. I'll definitely choose it again on my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone!

This is my first time staying at this brand of hotel. Although I don't know whether it is a national chain, I am still quite satisfied. The decoration style is very unique and the design is very novel. The service is very good and all questions are answered. The local Jinqi beef recommended (not a sales pitch) tastes good, but I personally prefer minced meat to be chewy. There are also disadvantages: 1. The washbasin is a bit small and it is easy to get the surroundings wet; 2. The color of the bathroom floor is not friendly to the auntie who cleans. Tips: 1. The bathroom and washbasin lack hot and cold stickers (for a certain group of people); 2. There are no fire masks and flashlights in the guest room; 3. If I am not mistaken, the smoke detector is not a wifi model. I will choose this place again when I come to Pingyao.

It was a perfect trip to Pingyao. During the stay, we received god-like service, which was beyond the service attitude and actions of a five-star hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with bright decoration. The front desk clerks were very nice and patiently and meticulously helped you plan classic tourist routes. The light show of Pingyao Ancient City at night was super shocking!
