這次入住海景房，在房間就可以看到無敵海景真的很棒，飯店的服務人員對小朋友也很友善，有事先打電話要告知要床圍、浴盆、消毒鍋，也有事先幫忙預留準備好，下次再來墾丁會想再來住這邊，只可惜距離墾丁大街和市區有一點距離

前台服務人員態度有待加強，訂房時選遠離電梯，服務人員居然安排電梯隔壁房間，隔音很差，別的客房小孩哭鬧聽的非常清楚

3點抵達check in被告知房間還沒整理好，請我們再稍等一下，等到4點都沒通知，要自己去櫃檯問，送了2人迎賓飲料補償，但我比較希望飯店應該主動聯絡。
飯店附近沒有太多商店，基本應該都在飯店活動，房間整體感覺也不會太舊，三溫暖的設施保養的也還不錯，整體還算滿意，飯店對面有公園可以免費停車，整體體驗還不錯，下次還會想去住。
