The service staff only told us that it was on the 2nd floor, but did not tell us which direction to go up the stairs. We had to ask 3 times before we found it. The point is to exchange small gifts. The afternoon tea restaurant has not yet opened. I took the exchange coupon but couldn't exchange it. I was a little dumbfounded. Generally speaking, it's not bad.
