Due to the server weather, we asked hotel to provide exception refund. But hotel refused and my families and I had to travel in huge danger in order not to waste the full fee. I found the management in Volando hotel is unreasonable. If something happened during our trip, would they be responsible?

若以設施來說住宿的價格確實有些高，但是含一天的晚餐及早餐，確也覺得合理，早餐是ㄧ道道上的，份量有些多
大門入口處不明顯，在港邊的飯店若有遊艇會更加分

房間衛生有待加強，床單有血跡，棉被也有點髒髒的。不過服務人員態度非常好，更換即時。還有最重要的一點，房間到洗手間中間的透明門實在太不明顯，兒子的女朋友撞了兩次。並且從服務人員口中得知很多人都撞到頭，不過消腫的藥膏很有效。已經有那麼多人撞到頭了為什麼還是不改進，值得深思。總體來說，服務滿分，房間環境設施也ok。衛生需要加強。
