It's better than expected, so I give it full marks. 1. The price is cheap. 2. It's clean and tidy. 3. The room is spacious and big enough. 4. The transportation is convenient, and you can walk to the bus station. 5. It's close to the beach, and you can walk a few steps to the place where you can play in the water and enjoy the sea view. 6. It's also close to the Kenting Street Night Market, so you can go shopping and eat every night.

The B&B is located between Kenting Street (4-5 minutes away) and the beach. There is a large self-paid parking lot (150/day) not far away.
So the geographical location is quite good.
The rooms in the B&B are also clean, especially Nadetai's bed, which is really comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is also spacious with plenty of hot and cold water. The proprietress, Miss Zhang, was very friendly and considerate. She allowed us to have a barbecue outside on the balcony and spend a wonderful holiday night.

Ms. Zhang at Nan Hai Hotel was very nice and helped us with some parking issues. Although we had read reviews about free parking, I recommend calling Ms. Zhang before booking to reserve a parking space. Overall, the hotel was quite comfortable and close to Kenting Main Street and the beach.
