老闆非常好，很貼心，幫我們拿行李，電瓶車晚上騎回來也幫我們電充好，沒有後顧之憂，而且他家的電瓶車能騎很久
位置距離海邊很近，方便趕海，有大礁石，聽説容易出大貨，我們沒趕到。
邊上有便利店，買點東西也很方便，價格也便宜，甚至比杭州都便宜

房東叔叔非常好 地理位置也很優越 在南北線中間 去南線北線都很方便 而且附近100米內也有海 提供趕海工具 可以去趕海 很好玩 而且離平潭站也很近 出行很方便 衞生也很好 房間很大 滿分💯

居住的非常舒服，老闆特別好，早上還借了我他的車去看日出，其實這本來不是包含在服務裏面的，但是他就想要我能方便一點，到達目的地。然後還有麻將桌，我們就打麻將打到了深夜，環境非常的安靜，感覺很舒服，我還和老闆聊了很多，介紹了附近的景點，給了我規劃下，後面這一天的思路，我覺得非常棒，讓我更加了解了平潭。
