浴室高低不平，一晚上浴室地上的水都沒幹。酒店地毯臟，住進來地毯上的垃圾都沒清理乾淨，入住一開門房間煙味大散不掉。酒店大廳、走廊以及電梯裏煙味大，酒店前台和電梯內都有貼“禁止吸煙”的禁煙標識，但沒人遵守，禁煙標識就是個擺設。甚至酒店的自助售賣機裏還賣煙，五樓六樓的自助售賣機裏還賣byt，房間裏還有****。禁煙酒店賣煙，這是什麼道理？！之前住的時候有一天晚上10點到12點和第二天中午12點半到2點的時候都有不明人員在附近房間內發出同一個女人的****，與不同男人説話的聲音，還有咚咚搬傢俱的聲音。和酒店反映，酒店也不怎麼管的樣子，還撒謊説我們隔壁沒有住人，是對面房間的聲音，610和609兩間房退房時我看到了，是兩間圓床房。結合酒店遮遮掩掩的樣子和這些不明聲音，我懷疑酒店接待*****
