"Over all had a wonderful stay! Both pools were pretty clean, didn’t see any major issues of dirtiness or mess. They were constantly cleaning and making sure the property was clean. The breakfast options were really nice. The only issue we had with our room was the floor was dirty when we had arrived but everything else was very clean!"

"It was a nice location and the stream in the back of the hotel was beautiful. Most every feature of the hotel was great except the floor carpet and a weird smell in the room. Even though I had the non-smoking room, a thick smell of tobacco was ever present and constant."

"We stay here April 19-24 for a vacation with my great grandson! We were in building 9 and they didn’t tell us there was a problem on the 3rd floor and had a resterstation crew redoing a room under us and you could smell something like they had a fire in the room! We stayed here several times before and understand the walls are paper flimsy, but every night the kids were so loud and screaming and are last night had to call security because the man in there was fighting with someone! The grills were good and worked! My major complaint was are room wasn’t ready at 4 like it’s supposed to be"
