Condo 103 was outstanding. The condo was very tastefully decorated and felt right at home. Bedrooms and bathrooms roomy and comfortable. Living area was stylish and pleasant place to gather, especially with the gas fireplace. Even though the condo was wonderful, the location and deck was what made the trip. Walk out to good size balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the rapid moving river and wildlife. At night the river sound lulls you to sleep. Was one of the of the most relaxing places I've ever stayed. Feel like in the middle of nowhere, but close via the back roads (big plus) to all Pigeon Forge has to offer.

We have made vacation reservations several times through Dream in the Smokies. This time we wanted a three bedroom unit to accommodate a trip with our parents. This property is not designed for handicapped guests but with a little extra effort we were able to make it work just fine with a wheelchair and two walkers. Being able to listen to the sound of the river just by opening the balcony door was really nice. I can’t say that we were blown away, but to be fair, we have really high expectations.

This is the fourth time that we have rented here. The unit was very nice, as always. The problem we had was with the rental agent, Jackson Mountain Rentals. We arrived at exactly 4:00pm after a day of driving, the unit was not available, they were still cleaning. We had to wait 20 minutes while they finished. Previously every time we were there, the unit had the “little things “ supplied with the unit, such as coffee filters, hand soap, little containers of shampoo, soap and salt and pepper shakers. In addition, there usually were two different types of coffee makers, we only had one. I agree that these are little things that are not very important, but, the next morning, they were very important. We had to take a trip to the gas station to get coffee. I asked Jackson Mountain Rentals about the missing items , they responded that they do not supply the items in question, we should refer to the Rental agreement for answers. I then read through the documents and could not find any reference to being required to provide those items ourselves. They were not too concerned about our comfort and could only offer us an “apology “. I figure if they aren’t too concerned about me, then, in the future I will find somewhere else to rent, anywhere, as long as it’s not managed by Jackson Mountain Rentals.
