I checked in to the hotel the afternoon of October 1st only to discover later in the early evening that the room (#120) had bed bugs. See attached photos. I checked out that evening expecting a full refund because of the bed bugs and was told I would receive a refund in 3-8 days. The hotel charged me for a night even though I was only there for less than 6 hours and then to top that, they charged more than the daily rate I was quoted. That’s right, they charged me more because their hotel room had bed bugs! Why am I paying for them to sanitize their rooms? Why wasn't I given a full refund? I’ve asked that question to the hotel in two emails and have yet to receive a response. And why was I charged a higher daily rate of $66.16, when I was quoted a daily rate of $61.99? Again, no response from the hotel to these questions. Do not stay at this hotel, ever!
