Very comfortable! After several days traveling and moving hotel to hotel, this felt like home! Loved the balcony view, fireplace, Internet, separate bathroom areas and breakfast buffet. Location was perfect! Manager was very professional and welcoming.

Thw rooms were nice and clean. But the Amenities said they had a washer and dryer available only problem is it takes quarters there is no coin machine and front dek attendant said he has quarters but could not get us any. Whats the point of offering this if you cant get what you need to use it. Also TV did not work had to call fronr desk and he was not pkeased about having to come up and get it working. Blow dryer did not work had to fo up front and get another one.

Great experience, friendly staff, beautiful setting on the river, clean spacious rooms. Located well off busy business area and away from all the attractions. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay.

This was a fantastic quiet place just off the noisy *****. This was my first time in Pigeon Forge and I was so relieved to be staying here. Every room has a balcony. The room was large and clean. There was breakfast in the morning included in the great price of the room. I would stay here again! It is on the river and we were able to watch ducks and geese. What a great stay!

3 night stay, 2 adults we loved the room—very spacious. beds were comfy. Loved having 2 vanities for us both to get ready easily. Fireplace was cozy. View from balcony was so relaxing loved watching the ducks and geese. Front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good, wish they had a keurig in the room though. TV remote was extremely frustrating to use, but good picture on the TV. Located off the parkway so nice and quiet yet close enough shopping. We were very pleased!

We were allocated a room suite with bath tub and shower. The room had plenty of space, was clean and comfortable. The location of the this hotel next to the small river was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Although breakfast was limited, it was perfectly acceptable. Thank you, will stay here again on future visits.

Very nice clean hotel. Dogs are welcome. We seen at least 20 different dogs in our 3 day stay. I love dogs but if not, this might not be the hotel for you. The hotel was clean with a wonderful fragrance. We enjoyed our stay and the awesome river view from our room.
