This hotel was so nasty! It had ***** hair in the bathtub and in the Jacuzzi and there was a nasty used wash rag in the jacuzzi a band-aide on the sheet please be aware of this nasty place

This place is a dump….. take my words for it. If you book a stay here you will regret it I promise!!! This trip was a little getaway for my Daughter and I. She booked it on line. Paid 1,000 dollars for 2 nights.. when we got there they ask for a 75.00 damage deposit. That was already included. She had left her credit card at home because she wasn’t using it for anything else. She told them that they had her card # on her reservation. They said they needed a credit card . She had 100.00$ in cash. No cash they said. Trouble from the start.. so I gave them my card for the 75.00 damage deposit . I was told it would be back on my card in two days. Well when I checked to see if it was taking off.. oh my THERE WAS not only $75.00 charges to my card.. They also charged me 980.00 for the room. I called and called them to only to be hung up on.. or not answer the phone. This place needs to be shut down . We wasn’t the only one’s that had concerns and complaints.. One lady was in the office telling them that her room had cockroaches. Blood stains on the sheets towels was dirty . It was horrible. I didn’t see any bugs in my room. My towels was clean, but it could’ve used a cleaning. floors had not been vacuumed . There was no hairdryer, only two towels, no cups for coffee, room had a bad smell, nasty entry going to the room, and elevator…

Do not stay here!! It’s not worth it! I paid $153 a night and was charged ahead for damages. As soon as I walked in staff was rude. I had already checked in online and got a confirmation that I only needed my keys. I was told that the system doesn’t work. I was then charged another $75 for damage deposit. When I asked about just canceling everything they said I that I will still be charged even if I left. I decided to look at the room and that was even worse! Everything dirty and stained the overhead light only flickers. It’s just gross! And the horrible smell of Pine Sol takes your breath. Hope there is a way to get my $229 back !!! Do not waste your time and money!!!

Do not book. We found 3 bugs in our room in the 5 minutes we were in there. When we told the front desk person, he said he could give us a different room but not a refund. We did get our $75 deposit back.

It's worth the money, but you can't be picky. The doors needed painted and the air conditioner needed a vent cover. Our room was clean. The staff was very kind and professional.
