Absolutely Great Hotel. Great Amenities. Pristine, and Great Location!! I have Never Seen Grout Lines Look this Clean... Not a Single Hair, even Toilet Paper Roses Stamped. 5 star room 7 Star Service from SERENITY at the Front Desk. She was Sweet from the Second I called the hotel hours before we arrived. (to Inquire about Sleeping arrangements for Our Little Dude). Kid Friendly!! Her voice flourished with Warm Welcomes and Kindness. Sweetest Girl ever. What an asset. She made check in Painless and Was patient with Us!! After a complimentary bag for being Platinum Members, we went up to unpack. They have plenty of Luggage Carts. Heavy Duty Luggage carts with hangers for dresses. Opening the door to our Room, 407, smelled Clean and The Room was SO Sanitary!! Again... THE CLEANLINESS of this Place is just... Roku Hook ups Available. We went in the Outside Pool and again, Serenity making sure it was Ready. She made sure there was Plenty of towels, and whatnot for us. And even showed me a really adorable Picture of the kitty cat we seen. (I love how this cat feels safe to be here. Btw, it's heartwarming ) We had such a blast with the little guy. The Jacuzzi was Phenomenal. Water was HOT!! Fast Fill, and Jets were all in working Operation. Beds were comfortable and the Pillows were VERY SOFT. Plushy. (For my Harder pillow lovers) Balcony was Lively and Clean and was Extremely Relaxing. Parking... lower garage and upper parking. Breakfast by SANDRA was Eggs-cellent!! No, but seriously. These eggs were really good and fluffy and I've NEVER had them from a Pressure cooker. DELICIOUS. Biscuits were BEYOND fluffy and soft. Waffles with Special Stamps and flavors. So Much to mention here.... The only downside (out of their control) was it was EXTREMELY busy there in the Morning. We went down at around 8:00, and there was a Bus tour...:/ lol so the Juice machine was a little not cool. The Orange juice was Watery and ran out fast. And there were no seats. But then JENNIFER came to the Rescue and Opened up the Conference Room! That was a good move, JENNIFER!! Thanks for taking the initiative to Problem Solve efficiently! So now you went from a room where you can't hear a thing- to a room where you can hear two other families chew in Pure silence. LOL!! To avoid the awkwardness of having other people listen to our Conversations, My Husband and I spoke in Russian and that seemed to loosen the tension. Checkout was a Breeze! Sad to leave, will Definitely will be back. Customer service was excellent here and the location was great for exploring the town. The price is a little high due to its location but not compared with some of the others we have utilized.
