The rooms are big and good for people traveling with pets. The beds need to be upgraded, not good at all. The staff were friendly. The breakfast isn't worth your time, only packaged muffins and cereal.

Shower water took a long time to get hot., I know that it was a grab and go breakfast but the young man put hardly anything out very cheaply done not many rooms taken but they put another family above us who stomped a lot no outside decoration for winter festival going on

This hotel strikes the perfect balance between peaceful surroundings and a prime location. We loved hearing the sound of the creek from our balcony each evening after exploring downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms were spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and check-in was a breeze. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend Quality Inn Creekside for couples and families alike!

Filthiest hotel I ever stepped in! Mold growing on headboard and air conditioning unit, floors so dirty they turn your feet black, thick cob webs everywhere in the room, chair so black with filth you won’t even sit anything on it, mattresses & pillows severely stained and old, floors worn out, damaged walls, dead flies stuck in curtains, uncleaned fridge in room, so noisy! Cracks throughout the door to the room that daylight was coming through, dust an inch thick on everything, rotted wall in bathroom, breakfast is a packaged muffin or box of cereal with a gallon of milk that everyone opens and is openly used. Disgusting place! Stay away!!!! We have lots of pictures!!!

This place is smack in the middle of town, walkable to restaurants and activities galore. The property itself is older, there are piles of construction/demo materials under the stairwell and in the back of the property that could use a cleanup. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space (we had a top floor suite). The breakfast was just prepackaged things like muffins, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt. Don't expect anytthing cooked like sausage or eggs or waffles. For the money it was good, a nice place to sleep after activities in the smokies - but don't expect this to be your hang-out spot. My one big complaint is that we couldn't figure out how to get the TVs to work - like they couldn't connect to the internet or something. Also there is ZERO cellular connectivity in pigeon forge. We never had any internet unless on wifi somewhere.

We come to Pigeon Forge twice yearly and always stay here. It is conventionally located to things that we enjoy. We can park and walk to most things which is really nice!
