My husband and i stayed with our 3 and 5 year old. The beds were comfortable, sheets and hotel room very clean, the breakfast was great with waffles, biscuit and gravy, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, pastries, etc. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean. We had plenty of towels and washcloths. TV worked. Meal was just right. Everything was working. Nice to have plenty of charging ports . The lights and a/c and heating worked. We would definitely stay here again. The personnel at the desk was very helpful and kind.

The room we stayed in was very clean and very comfortable. The bed was so very soft and so very comfy. The breakfast was excellent there was a great selection to choose from. Will differently stay here again when visiting the Smoky mountains.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and sheets fresh and clean. The breakfast was reasonable and the staff were Lovely and very pleasant. There’s plenty of parking with easy excess. It was a little hard to find at first because it is in of the main road which means it is quieter. Would highly recommend.

Nice size room and very clean. Good location. Nice Breakfast and coffee available 24 hrs a day. Will stay here again when in Pigeon Forge.

Had a nice stay. Hotel staff was friendly and breakfast was great. Quiet area but in the center of things. The hotel is just off of Parkway. There are a lot of places to eat in the area. It is easy to get on and off of Parkway to get to the hotel, just turn at the Golden Corral!

The rooms very clean and it was clean outside to . Staff was nice especially the young lady from Jamaica. She was awesome i would stay again . Then you actually had a breakfast if you wanted it.The pool was very clean also and youbsaw staff working outside to keep clean

This is a FALL/TRIP HAZZARD WARNING for room #311 As soon as I stepped into the tub I slipped. The bottom of the tub has a definite curve/indentation in the base of the tub. There may have been a slip matt in there at one time, missing now, there is a line around the bottom of the tub. This is going to be a dangerous room for an elderly person. Hopefully they have this repaired emedietly.

Good price, room was nice, bed was comfortable. Small dining area, needed more chairs to add more than two people at each table. Breakfast was okay. Need more fruit options. Outside of hotel needs sprucing up. It doesn’t look inviting and looked a little sketchy at first, but was fine.
