Upon arrival noticed that the place was freshly painted, freshly renovated Cutest fall decorations, felt very comfortable environment. Staff was extremely nice. Rooms were extremely clean. Complementary breakfast was a plus would highly recommend this place especially for the price.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I realize it was a budget hotel, but still.... The room smelled awful, the loveseat was filthy, toilet was cracked in several places, light fixture barely hanging on in the bathroom and a/c was barely working and loud. What threw me off was that the exterior of this hotel is fairly well maintained and landscaped, but the guest rooms are awful and very poorly maintained.

We were in Room 118. Beds was so comfortable, the blow dryer didn't work or I couldn't get it to work. Breakfast was good, ants was were on the juice machine, burnt my finger on the waffle machine so if you have children please stand with them. The dest workers was very friendly.

My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary on our trip to the Smoky Mountains. Our stay at the Microtel was great. Everyone was very nice. The hotel was clean and neat. I highly recommend Microtel and will stay again.

We stayed here on our drive across the USA. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. A breakfast is supplied. There is also a pool on site. The rates are reasonable. Would recommend if passing through. Located close to downtown.

Great experience. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. I did not try the breakfast. Across the street from Hard rock cafe, on the other end of town. Pool was good water a little cool but very tolerable.
