Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pigeon Forge

Everyone was very friendly from check-in to housekeepers and the free breakfast was nice. The beds and pillows are marvelous but the pool is small & there aren't enough lounge chairs. We would stay again.

The best hotel in Knoxville

I chose this hotel because my regular hotel didn’t have the nights I needed for work. The price was very competitive when using then Wyndham credit card, front desk staff was nice even with my very late check in, and the rooms were very clean. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time that still offers daily room service for no extra charge and while it may not mean much to some, it’s very welcome after coming back from a 14-16 hour shift at work. They call their breakfast a continental breakfast, but I’ve had to pay for much less at other places. Good hot breakfast foods. I think I’ve found my new go to. Thanks again.

This is an economy motel but probably the best one. Room are clean and neat. Lobby was clean and coffee bar there was well kept. The little breakfast area is small but the menu sufficient and similar to all the other chains. The bed was comfortable and everything was is good working order in the room. The only 2 potential negative are single slow elevator and voices talking at a moderate level next door or in the hallway can be heard inside the room.

We have never experienced such unfriendly staff. We stayed 2 nights and it didn't matter which employee was working at the desk. They ignored guests when they are present. If I don't look up at you I don't have to acknowledge you type of ignore. It must be a miserable company to work for, everyone was miserable.
