Everybody that worked there was so friendly! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. We walked across the street for dinner to a barbecue place.

I found the hotel to be average. The hotel could have been cleaner. The elevators were consistently dirty with dustballs and old gum stuck to the floor. We used the indoor pool and found a dirty diaper with fecal material floating in the vent on the side of the pool we were grossed out by this and never used the inside pool again. The out door pool was okay. The hot tub was full of scum suds and there was food floating around inside. That was a turn off. The room was clean and had plenty of hot water and clean towels, good soaps shampoo and body wash. The breakfast was typical food you find at a hotel breakfast, industrial but fresh. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. Hotel is close to all the attractions.

The staff were so kind and helpful. I truly think this is one of the best places to stay in Pigeon Forge. They have been updating the spaces and everything seems to be working so well. There were lots of options at the breakfast but the main reason I loved my trip was from how helpful their team was.

This hotel was wonderful. The evening front desk personnel personnel so warm, welcoming and helpful. Harold, the front desk person was so friendly. Great experience. The room we had was so clean. Breakfast was good. Missing some juice for breakfast. The hotel is finishing up their remodeling and it's looking great. Updated and clean.

Stuff is friendly. But they didn’t clean the rooms daily. We had to ask for clean towels ourselves.

Only stayed 1 night on our 35th wedding anniversary. Staff at the front desk was excellent as well as staff in the breakfast area. The room was great and the hotel was very quiet at night. We'll definitely keep this is our list of favorites for Pigeon Forge.

I have booked many Marriott properties and never have been more disappointed in a hotel stay than at this hotel! We booked via the Marriott app and it was never communicated that this hotel was under extensive renovations. Lobby was inoperable, entire floors out of order and woke up to a jackhammer at 8:00 a.m. We arrived late after a full day at Dollywood and upon arrival to the room the duvet cover had dirty spots and hair in the sheets. Walls were paper thin and could easily hear our neighbors and of course didn’t get to sleep the next morning due to the extremely loud construction noise. Since we couldn’t sleep, we went downstairs to grab breakfast before checking out and breakfast stopped serving at 9:00 a.m. Majority of hotels conclude breakfast at 10:00 or 10:30 — so every aspect of this hotel was horrible and inconvenient. There are MANY alternate hotels in the area and on the same road, my recommendation is to book somewhere else. I also made the hotel aware of our experience, the representative said the GM would be in touch….a week has passed and no contact has been made from the GM.
