Second stay at this resort. We loved the renovated room. Very nice and comfortable. Pool area was great both inside and outside. Very clean everywhere. Resort is in good location - close to everything, but out of the busy crowd of the main area.

Serene and convenient not as comfortable though.
The grounds are well kept. Very beautiful and quiet.
The townhouse however could use some upgrades. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. My mom slept on the sofa after the first night. (We were there for 3 nights.)
The setup was wonderful, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
This is a true gem tucked away however extremely convenient. This property could truly increase their presence with pressure washing, paint, and updated curtains and fixtures. It doesnt have to be so modern that it takes away from the mountain feel, however a refresh would definitely bring in more patrons.
Please consider the comfort of the mattresses.

I chose this unit because it accommodated 6 people. Most of the hotels would make me rent 2 hotel rooms and not have a kitchen or kitchenette. The free parking, full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit as well as the pool was great. It was close proximity to Dollywood and the ***** but the neighborhoods driving on the winding roads were a little scary and not a fan of driving by a landfill drop. The unit was worn. Carpeting terribly worn and floors/baseboards dirty by washer/drier unit and showers. They did provide a good ice maker, toaster, coffee pot and some amenities to get started. Despite the peeling paint on the balcony, I enjoyed being out there watching the kids swim. Good communication was a plus. Overall I’d have to say the stay was decent for a family. Kids loved the pool to cool off in.

Sunrise Ridge
Very clean. Supplied some products I didn’t know they did. They are remodeling the complex so it will be really nice. Friendly check in.

Amazing view, peaceful atmosphere
Everything was amazing, especially the views!! The only complaint was a brief trash smell early in the morning outside in the parking lot that went away. It wasnt bad enough to not go back! We loved the view from our condo and that you could see a dollywood rollercoaster and watch the drone show and fireworks from our deck! Would definitely stay there again- also loved that we were away from the craziness of the touristy stuff and it was so peaceful!
