The villa provides a cozy vibe and privacy which located near the community mall. There’s many food option to select but does not mean it is all available. The villa was very clean and staffs are really helpful.

A great private homestay in Phuket with great service. You don't need to walk by yourself, the housekeeper will help you and your luggage to the homestay. The floating breakfast was very delicious and rich, and it only cost 2000 baht.  And as long as you need service, the butler will come to your room to assist you immediately, which is very efficient. If I go to Phuket again, I will go there again.

The decoration is beautiful and the service is great! It's very nice to have a butler who handles guests' needs independently, and they handle it quickly and in place! Breakfast is delivered directly to the room within the agreed time, so you don’t have to worry about rain, it’s delicious and delicious! praise! praise! praise!

This hotel is not cheap, but the villa has a private swimming pool, the service is private butler-style, the facilities are good, very clean, the swimming pool is changed every day, suitable for the whole family to come for vacation. The only drawback is that there are few restaurants and supermarkets around, and there are no attractions. It is 2.5 kilometers to the beach, and there is nothing to see or do. You need to charter a car to go out.

Feedback on EDC Accommodation The location is convenient, as it is within a 10-minute walk from the venue, and it offers a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel breakfast is delicious, but it is not served buffet-style and has very limited options, which may not be sufficient to satisfy hunger. Cleanliness is a significant issue; housekeeping requires requests for basic tasks such as mopping the floor or changing the bedsheets and pillowcases daily. Furthermore, when addressing concerns with the staff, they may mention a stain cleaning fee. While the photos of the villa appear appealing, the actual space is smaller than expected. The shower pressure is low and occasionally does not provide hot water. Additionally, several utilities typically found in serviced apartments are missing. The washing machine only washes clothes and does not include a drying function. The gym facilities are very limited, featuring only one bench. There is no front desk service available at night, and there is a fee for extra towels. When ordering food, guests must pick it up themselves, as there is no dedicated service.

I cannot recommend this place enough! It’s an amazing luxurious villa for groups / families, with individual garage for every villa. So glad we were upgraded to a 3-bedroom villa which was super spacious and spotless. The living room was huge with all the amenities we needed to feel like home. There were 2 huge bedrooms and a smaller room across the pool (the only room without a toilet, but with all the other facilities as in the other rooms). Beds were comfy. The pool was great with direct access from the 2 main bedrooms. We quite like the breakfast as well and it’s worth ti mention that the breakfast is served at the Five Olives restaurant right outside the villa. You can walk there in 2-3 minutes or if you have mobility problems, you can text them in advance and they would take you there on a buggy. Would recommend adding on the floating breakfast (just +800 THB as our original package already included breakfasts) which could make a perfect Instagram post! Special thanks to May and her colleagues for a warm welcome and for taking us to our villa on the buggy on our arrival! A small downside: no early check-in or late check-out available even if requested at the time of booking. Tho I understand it’s never a guaranteed arrangement

The best & perfect place to stay for a relaxing and calming vacation in Phuket, the staff are so supportive everything was just perfect, Spac is so clean and professional, you can feel the enriched experience at every moment, villas are new and better than the pictures, totally recommended

A newly built villa, clean, spacious. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, easily accessible to restaurants and shopping area, beaches. Floating breakfast served in villa is highly recommended. Certainly will come back.

Excellent Villa!! The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. That impressed me the most.
