Well established hotel since 1878. Its has a big garden, a beautiful pound ( infront of the hotel) and can view mount fuji 🗻 at the hotel entrance , each level ( besides lobby lifts ) n its Observation deck. Morning buffet breakfast is nice 👍  if weather is good, u can  enjoy breakfast with mount fuji 🗻 view.

What an amazing location for this hotel. Good facilities and excellent service. Onsen is pretty good, also outside onsen is available. Biked around the lake which is close to the hotel, bikes can be rented from the hotel. This hotel really does have a prefect Mountain View.

It is a resort tucked away from the busy Kawaguchiko station area, yet convenient to go to the station for sightseeing buses thanks for the hotel shuttle bus. Please check the shuttle schedule on the hotel website. We really enjoyed the beautiful hotel garden and trails by the lake outside the hotel. You can also rent bikes from the hotel with minimal fees and ride around the lake. The buffet breakfast has variety of both Japanese and western options. We had dinner in the hotel too since there is no restaurants in the vicinity. The food is fine but pricey. The onsen is nice. I am not sure it is hot springs water though. Overall it is a very nice hotel and we had a relaxing day here.

First of all, the mountain view room has a stunning view of Mount Fuji. Secondly, the hotel shuttle bus runs every hour and is very convenient. Finally, I have to say that the service staff are friendly and fluent in English, so there is no barrier to communication. Thanks to them for our wonderful trip!

Service provided was great and staff is very polite and helpful. The room looks old and different from what was advertised in trip.com. The room is super spacious to open 2 pieces of luggage. Me and my family had a hard time sleeping because of the soft pillow and smelly sheets. Quilts were too thick which makes us sweat the whole night while sleeping. We were also unable to see Mt Fuji from the rooftop as there were renovations going on.

All in all, good and clean it was a classic hotel , breakfast is various and delicious recommend to stay here.

Honestly, pretty nice hotel! A little bit far from the station, but a great spot the see Fujisan.
