Room is quite big and clean. Location is a little far to the main busy tourist area, but you can rent a bike from the hotel. The hotel has the prettiest garden. Will stay there again.

We enjoyed the onsen a lot. Especially the outdoor onsen is lovely and not crowded. The room we stayed is not the recently renovated ones. But the condition is still acceptable. The garden view from our room is facing the lake with a small balcony area. The hotel breakfast buffet is amazing great selection of food with mt Fuji view like a painting.

Shuttle pickups hourly from 8:45am - 6:45pm at the bus station No.10 atm. Really makes a difference. It takes about 10 min to the hotel. Also you can book drop-offs slot at reception, from 8:30am to 6:30pm hourly. Double check with hotel please. Breakfast was very good. Seems like there're places you can have a nice walk, even around the lakes. Hotel garden is huge and has been maintained very well. Mountain Fuji is just there when you walk out of the reception, or you can admire its beauty while enjoying your breakfast.

The hotel room is nice and facing the Lake Kawaguchi. The hot spring is good too in which both sauna and outdoor onsen are there. The Hotel has a Viewing Deck which we could see the Mount Fuji clearly. The dinner and breakfast were nice too. As we were prepaid, it would be much better if we can have an option to pay more for the dinner set with more choices like beef, etc.

Location a bit far from centre but definitely a good choice for those who drive to Kawaguchi. Clean and spacious. Free breakfast with Fuji sen View.

I arrived at the hotel late and they even prepared very good dinner for us in the room. The service was so great. I will definitely come back here again. Lucky us, Mount Fuji wasn’t shy this trip.
