The staff were extremely warm and friendly. The rooms are decent. Clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is beautiful and nice pool.

It is my third time back to this hotel..my kid always love this place. Many activities,such swim ,relax watching sunset and seeing dolphin with small boat

The place is old and smell. The room I got is moist, the floor is damp with no clue and the air condition is not working properly. I complained to get a new room but the staff just came back with a mop. I insist on getting a new room. First, the receptionist was not very helpful and said "fully booked." I complained harder and refused to stay in this room. Then she said there is one room available. I got a new room eventually.

Over rated hotel. Very dirty room and lip stick stain on pillow case. Bedsheet was stained. Looks like they are just recycle everythin
Bathroom was so filthy.
If you care about cleanliness, this is not the hotel you look for

The resort environment is beautiful. But the bedroom is not well maintained. The air con is leaking when I check in. But they responded fast to check it. The toilet also had awful smells when I got in. I had to call room service to clean the toilet again. The bathroom is very old and the tiles are all yellowish. Their ceiling was leaking again the next day before I check out. The bed is big enough for 2 adults and 2 young kids though. Service is good but need to improve in cleanliness and rooms condition.

Disappointing Experience with Reservation Mix-Up and Poor Service
I recently had a rather frustrating experience at Lovina Beach Club & Resort, which has left me quite disappointed. Initially, I had an issue with the booking dates due to an error on my part, which I admit, but the situation that unfolded was mishandled by both the hotel and Trip.com.
Upon realizing the error, I immediately reached out to the hotel, who directed me to contact Trip.com as the booking was made through them and was prepaid. According to Trip.com's policy, changes could be made if the hotel agreed, so I contacted the hotel again. The hotel staff stated they needed to receive an email from Trip.com to proceed with any changes.
I decided to rebook the correct dates through Trip.com while still waiting for the situation with the wrong dates to be resolved, trusting that the matter would be handled efficiently given the circumstances and my continued patronage. Throughout our stay, my partner and I supported the hotel further by dining in and using their facilities extensively.
Before checking out, I was informed by the hotel staff that they were still sorting things out but needed to discuss with their manager, who was not available at the time. To my dismay, I received an email from Trip.com stating that the hotel did not agree to cancel the initial booking, therefore denying any refund. This was particularly upsetting after the additional expenses we incurred at the hotel during our stay.
This lack of flexibility and poor customer service are concerning. It feels as if the hotel did not value our patronage or the efforts we made to rectify the situation. The handling of this issue was not only unprofessional but also appeared greedy, as they were unwilling to offer a resolution despite the considerable amount spent during our stay.
I cannot recommend Lovina Beach Club & Resort based on this experience. For those seeking accommodation where customer service and understanding are priorities, it might be best to consider other options.

In order to see dolphins in the morning, I specially chose to stay in Lovina. The hotel is close to the sea, within 5 minutes' walk to the beach, and you can get on the boat directly in the morning, which is very convenient. The hotel is like a paradise, the breakfast is relatively simple, and the dinner is very delicious. The service is very good. It is by the sea, the bedding is dry and not damp, and the bath water is very large.

Help! I really love and hate the hotel I stayed in Bali this time! To be honest, the room is just so-so. The weather in Bali is humid to begin with, and the quilt always feels damp when you move in. It's not very comfortable. Those who want to live in a super exquisite room may have to avoid it. Secondly, you need to mark the hotel beach to chase dolphins, which is not true!
