We recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a lovely experience. The location is fantastic, offering beautiful views that truly enhance the stay. Whether you’re enjoying the sunrise or sunset, the scenery is simply breathtaking. However, there were a few aspects that detracted from an otherwise great visit. Firstly, we didn’t receive the room we had chosen. Instead of the one king bed we requested with two single beds, we were given 2 double beds, which was disappointing and inconvenient. This also meant we lacked some necessary amenities, such as bath mats, a hairdryer, and an adequate number of towels. Despite these issues, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for its location and views, but I hope they can improve their room allocation and ensure that all amenities are provided to guests.

Whether you are watching the sunrise or sunset, the view is breathtaking. The room was also large and the facilities were good. The restaurant breakfast and dinner were very good. Recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not good, it is uphill from the shops, but in the morning there are wonderful views - the downside was that the pool was not functioning

We stayed in a 3-bed room on the top floor. Super! Comfortable, clean, large room, spacious bathroom, clean, no foreign smells, good view from the terrace. The staff is 10, the man working in the restaurant is 20 out of 10, I have never seen such kind and positive people! We left early, they packed us breakfast. Thank you, keep up the good work, there are not many good hotels for a reasonable price on the island. A little far from the main street, but we were not in a car and there were no problems

I really liked the location. If you go there by car, you need to have the skills of a professional driver. The view from the upper rooms is very beautiful. At the moment, until November 30, there is a renovation of the pool located in the hotel. But all hotel residents are accompanied by a pool located below and there is a beautiful view of the mountains. Very good photos of the lounge pool, I highly recommend. In terms of price, most likely average of all those presented in this area, in terms of quality, a very quiet hotel not far away, the nearest street, we went down to the cafe for 6-7 minutes, this should be taken into account if you are not a sports person. Then it will be difficult for you. Tomorrow, the average European American fried eggs sausages salad. Nothing extra. If you want a beautiful view, wake up in the morning, check into rooms above the first floor. Good travels to all

The location is very convenient, the room is quite large, very suitable for family travel and vacation, it is worth recommending!

Booked two rooms together. The location is perfect, you can overlook the mountain view, look forward to the sunrise, the children in the swimming pool love it, and it is also very close to the town, just five minutes along the railway track.

We arrived at the hotel to find that Agoda (having confirmed the reservation and charged my credit card) had not sent the booking to the hotel. The hotel was fully booked, but pulled out all the stops to help us. The only accommodation they had for the first night was a single room with no aircon, which they don’t normally let and didn’t charge us for. We gratefully accepted, and for the second night we were moved to a top floor room. Further, they honored the Agoda rate. Front office staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even though they didn’t create the problem. Of special note is one of their employees, Tushara, who looked after us and made sure he had everything we wanted. He’s an absolute gem. The view from the upper floors is amazing and probably the best in Ella. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. Would definitely recommend due to their outstanding service. But do not book through Agoda!

This place was beautiful. We stayed in room 303 which was very large and had air conditioning. The views of Little Adam’s Peak and Ella Rock were stunning and the pool area was very nice. However, by far the biggest takeaway from this stay were the staff with a very special mention to Thushara. I have never met anyone at a hotel around the world who has gone out of his way as much as he did to make our stay enjoyable. Would recommend this place to everybody.

Stunning views, comfortable accommodation, thoughtful, friendly and attentive staff. Good food. Nothing is too much trouble. Short walk into Ella either by road or Railway track. Highly recommended. Pool is great for a cooling dip after a day walking.

This is a special hotel with the most gorgeous views imaginable. The management and staff are kind and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Hot water...good wi fi. Great food in fact we recommend the half board option. It has a newly renovated swimming pool which will be totally finished by the time you read this. It is walkable into Ella town or a short tuk tuk ride. As with many hotels in Ella there is a steep access road . This might be a problem for some vehicles but there is always a tuk tuk available to take you and your luggage up and down. Dont let this put you off as it is well worth the effort.

Great views from top floor. Basic room accommodation and breakfast offerings. Nice staff. Pool is being fixed now so not available, but they will walk you to a nearby pool. At the time we were staying, there was work being done on other rooms in the facility during the day.
