Karon Sea Sands Resort Reviews

The room smells bad. There is a musty smell. The air conditioner is very noisy and I can't turn on the air conditioner while opening the door. The air conditioner broke down on the last day.

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and extended few days more. Good hotel.

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, specifically regarding the check-out experience. We were only given one room card during our check-in, but when checking out, a staff member (the one in the attached photo) insisted that we had received two. Despite our repeated explanations that we only had one card, she refused to listen and stuck to her claim, with a rather uncooperative attitude. This unnecessary dispute dragged out the check-out process for 20 minutes, which was extremely frustrating. On a positive note, there was a lovely short-haired Thai staff member who was very helpful and had a great attitude—she made the situation a bit more bearable. I hope the hotel can address this issue to avoid similar problems for other guests.

Great location to Karin beach, restaurants, markets etc hotel staff were good. Nice spacious room and bathroom with balcony. Would stay again

Na prawdę nie możemy do niczego się doczepić, piękny apartament, basen czyściutki, zadbany, personel mega uprzejmy i pomocny, czystość również. Pachniało sprzątnie codzienne.

Had a best stay here and location is amazing. Breakfast is limited but other than that is great place to relax.

This hotel's location is great; next to Karon beach and central to many things in Phuket. Shops/ Restaurants are withing walking distance. My room was nice, clean and big. Hotel has a small gym and great swimming pool and the breakfast was great too. They also have a small library for reading lovers and a pool table for those that wants to play, with a coffee shop and Irish O'Reilly's bar downstairs. Public bus stop is just outside in the street for travelling the island or going to the airport for 100 Baht. I will come here again.

The hotel was good location but not the beach front. Swimming pool was nice as shown on the website. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious has shower separated from the tub, balcony all rooms, breakfast was ok. The bed was ok, could be more softer. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel - it’s my favourite on Karon Beach .. and we have stayed in 5 different .. especially the Pool Access rooms - 101-104 is deep water, 105 to 110(?) is 0.9m to 1.1m (about 3FT) - and the rooftop bar in the same property is great for sunsets!

Very nice hotel. Everything was perfect, here you will have a nice vacation, I think is in the top locations for Karon Beach, the beach 2-3 minutes away, also plenty of good restaurants and pubs nearby. You can book for activities that take you from the hotel without any problems regarding the location.
