Great hotel very close to kata beach. Fantastic service. Amazing service provided by every employee. We kept on extending our stay. We will highly recommend this hotel. Will visit again.

Too much trouble to go to room. Need to take 3 lifts and climb 2 story steps to reach room. Breakfast is just average

Hotel and Service was great. Location is a 3-5mins walk to the beach. Sunset views from the sea facing room were incredible. Worth the extra money.

Close to Kata beach with many conveniences around. Great pool with nice drinks and friendly bartenders. Nice balcony. Comfy bed and decent shower. Breakfast was pretty good. One thing that should be noted: When I checked out I was hanging out in the lobby for about 40 min before I left and someone from the front desk approached me and asked when I was leaving and when I said 20 min their response was “well you checked out a while ago”. I felt pressured to leave, so I thought this was rude. I was a guest for many nights and it should not matter if I want to sit in the lobby for an hour.

Very nice location, clean. We enjoyed the pool and pool bar. Aircon is a bit loud, bed a bit soft for our taste, but didn’t disturb our sleep. The breakfast team is very friendly. Actually Trip overrates the breakfast price, it is 279 THB pps if you buy it onsite. Good to know if you don’t want to book it for the whole stay and have breakfast nearby one day as there are nice alternatives nearby…

By far the best hotel service I have experienced. There were some issues with the air conditioner and sink, but the hotel promptly addressed them. The buffet breakfast is outstanding. Overall, this hotel is incredible value for money. 

It’s a nice hotel. Nothing to boast about tho. I think it’s a bit overpriced.

We recently stayed at Chanalai in Phuket, and overall, it was an okay experience. The hotel is good value if you manage to get it at the right price, but it's important to note that it could benefit from a major update and renovations, as it does feel a bit dated. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the décor and furnishings seemed a little worn out and could use a refresh to bring them up to modern standards. Despite this, the housekeeping team did a great job of maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. The pool area was well-maintained and the beach is across the road via an alleyway. However, some of the sun loungers and facilities around the pool showed signs of age and could use some improvement. We didnt eat Breakfast. The hotel was friendly and helpful. The location is a plus, offering easy access to local attractions, beaches, and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. In conclusion, Chanalai is ok if you get it for the right price. If you’re expecting luxury or modern amenities, this might not be the best option, but for the right price, it offers a comfortable and pleasant stay. They left a nice little treat at Christmas on the bed

Everything is good except I think otel is understaffed. Always seeing the same people and they became tired especially after evening. And be careful about luggage carriers because one of them damaged my luggage’s wheel and I didn’t realize it after checkout. But apart from them good facility with amazing location
