The receptionist is very unpleasant and we feel like we are disturbing her, it must be because she was constantly on social networks. The luxury rooms are horrible, dirty with a view of vacant land. The mattresses are hard as wood and the towels are torn. I have never been to such an expensive hotel for such a lousy status in Thailand. A Russian tourist pointed out to the receptionist in front of us that the water in the pool was yellow and she told her in a contemptuous tone to go to the other one lower down if she was not happy. The boss should review the skills of his receptionist and the dilapidation of his hotel. An establishment to absolutely avoid if you like Thailand.
