Friendly front desk. The location is not great. Close to busy main road and the beach can't be swum in. Lots of mosquitoes in the rooms. Bring repellent. The shower pipe was broken, and they came to fix it with cable ties.

Very friendly front desk. The pool access room was very nice. Clean and spacious. The swimming pool and the cleanliness of the room was the highlight. The beach nearby is not suitable for swimming not picture worthy. The meals at the hotel restaurant are good. But the breakfast is rather limited. The sound from the mosque could be bothersome if you sleep lightly. In addition, the wifi is not that great.

Very clean hotel. Nearby attractions are about ten minutes away by taxi. Great for sunrise. Good for leaving luggage after checkout and going to the airport late at night. There are many good restaurants within 1km.

Good but sea view is not that great

Wonderful installations, beautiful sea view and kind hosts. We got a partial sea view and gave us a full sea view, thanks!

This is connected to shops and some restaurants but there is no night life walkable and the beach is very close but not accessible you have to ‘go round’. The hotel has no bar/alcohol for sale and the restaurant is more a cafe with basic options and it closes 4pm, no dinner service. The staff are extremely friendly and it is very clean and lovely sea views from 3rd floor.

Don't book the twin room with garden view. The Aircon has a loud buzz every 10 seconds which apparently is just what is needed for that room type. I complained but they couldn't help me. It woke it up constantly in the middle of the night.

Disappointing Experience! We visit Thailand twice a year and have stayed at numerous hotels. This was our worst experience ever. Although the hotel advertised a buffet breakfast, we were served à la carte instead. The male receptionist, who refused to issue a refund, gave conflicting information to us and Trip.com customer service. In the end, we gave up on the refund! Amateur Service! We ordered an Americano in the lobby. Due to a flawed pricing system, the same staff member corrected the price of the coffee twice. While we were enjoying our coffee after paying, he interrupted our conversation to demand an additional 10 baht (0.29 USD). Prison-Like System! There are no beach towels in the room. If you want to go to the beach, you must sign for a towel and return it with another signature. However, there is no prior explanation about where to find the towels. When you ask, they vaguely point toward the pool area, leaving you to search for them like a mouse in a maze. Other Shortcomings: • When you request an iron, there’s no ironing board provided—you have to iron on the bed. • No soap is provided for the sink. • No slippers are available for in-room use. Poor and Noisy Location! Since the hotel is in a rural area, there’s hardly anywhere nearby to visit or shop apart from a local market. You might wake up to the sound of motorbikes or be startled by firecrackers set off in the small temple next to the hotel when someone’s wish is fulfilled. Overall Review: Although the pool, gym facilities, and cleanliness are adequate, your vacation mood starts to decline by the second day due to the numerous shortcomings. If hotel stars in Thailand are not given away for free, we truly wonder how this hotel earned its 4-star rating!

Lost in the middle of nowhere. Tidy hotel with good rooms. Pool is lovely. Breakfast is rubbish for a 4star hotel.  Biggest problem is location. It just doesn’t work for anything so be prepared for a Grab taxi ride to do anything.  So overall it’s ok if you want a clean room and pool away from the crazy. It’s not good for exploring and being spontaneous.

So so. Only to stay over night. For around 50$ is ok. No more..

The service here is awesome. The lady at the counter is super friendly and helpful. Very comfortable place, good clean room with loads of privacy. The walls are thick and there is a nice balcony. Definitely worth the price. I have stayed here twice now, and won't hesitate to come back.
