Awful hotel, definitely not a level of 4 stars hotel. Dirty walls, torn wallpapers, dirty curtains, dirty pool. It really needs total renovation. Avoid this hotel not to ruin your holidays.

The view from our room was amazing! Just what I saw in the picture. Reception was very helpful and well behaved. Room service was good but room cleaning service was not up to the mark. The cleaner never changed the water glasses and spoons. Except this everything was good.

Firstly, this hotel is incredibly spacious. The bed size is really big too and the AC works wonders. They have a big bath tub and it’s honestly value for money. The location is great because it’s close to everything and surprisingly soundproof. However, the cleaning can be a lot better and the sheets had a stain on it but they quickly fixed the problem.

Friendly staffs, comfortable beds and clean rooms. The infinity pool is awesome . Privacy .walking distance to beach. Opposite 7 -11 and some good massage parlours

We had wonderful time in Phuket, and hotel was nice. Service was nice, front desk was friendly overall we had great experience. Although our room lock was not fully locking from inside but we figured it out. Some features, especially technological stuffs could use some update but scenery and vibe makes you forget all about it. For your money, you won’t regret.

Second time staying at the ***** it's a great place unfortunately I didn't get a 1st floor room this time with pool access but it was still a great place to stay. I do wish the hym was a bit more equipped.

I had the worst experience with the check-in staff at The ***** Patong, particularly with Mr. Arm. I had booked two rooms and specifically requested that they be side by side. The hotel confirmed this arrangement beforehand. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the rooms were far apart. When I showed Mr. Arm the confirmation, he reassigned us to rooms that were even further away from each other. Despite explaining that I was traveling with kids, he showed no consideration and gave us rooms in very poor condition. To make matters worse, we checked in at 3:30 PM, but my friend, who checked in an hour later and didn’t book through Trip.com, was assigned a room right next to mine. It seems that Trip.com customers are treated unfairly at this hotel. I also tried requesting a room change the next day due to the unacceptable condition of our rooms, but the staff refused to listen. I’ve stayed in over 150 hotels with my family, and I’ve never experienced such poor service. The ***** Patong was by far our worst hotel experience. I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

Not worth the amount of money we paid. Old dirty amenities and unhelpful unhappy stuff members. Photos are not what they seems.

Was perfect for what we needed had everything that was expected, location was spot on and service was more than adequate.
